Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Dynello ApS, Rudemøllevej 78A, 7800 Skive, Denmark (VAT: DK36415657) for customers ordering goods at Dynello's online shops www.dynello.com, www.dynello.dk and www.dynello.se
1. Final contract
There is a final and binding agreement between you and Dynello ApS when your order has been confirmed by Dynello ApS. Dynello ApS sends an invoice to you by e-mail when the order has been accepted and shipped. The receipt for the order, which is received immediately after your submission of the order, does not constitute an order confirmation.
You can buy products at Dynello's online shop as a private consumer and as a business customer. Business customers (outside Denmark) can buy VAT free if they have a valid VAT number that can be verified in VIES database.
2. Prices, fees and shipping costs
All prices shown in the webshop are inclusive taxes (VAT) and exclusive shipping costs. The current price is the one stated on Dynello's online shop for the product concerned on the date of the ordering.
Dynello ApS reserves the right to change prices that may have been incorrectly stated on Dynello's online shop. Dynello ApS reserves the right to change prices, fees and / or other costs stated on Dynello's online shop at any time.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Depending on your address and type of products the rate will differentiate. We use several carriers for shipping your goods depending on your address, such as PostNord, GLS, UPS and so forth.

In order for you to pay with credit cards, we use Shopify Payments. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Shopify's own privacy notice.
In order for you to pay via PayPal, we use PayPal Commerce Platform. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with PayPal's own privacy notice.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
All orders placed before 12.00 pm and if the order is accepted by Dynello ApS will often be processed the same working day. All orders placed after 12.00 pm, on the weekend, or on bank holidays, will often be processed the next working day.
Delivery time is 3-14 working days depending on your address. All orders will be shipped via PostNord, GLS, UPS, or a similar freight forwarder.
Once your order is dispatched from Dynello ApS, you will be notified via the email address that you provided during checkout. The notification email is sent from the freight forwarder or Dynello ApS and includes details about your unique tracking ID.
All packages are sent from Dynello ApS's business address in Denmark.
3.1 Parcel Shop delivery
Should you not be at home during delivery, will the parcel most likely be delivered at nearest Parcel Shop (fx GLS ParcelShop) of which you will be notified where by text or/and e-mail to arrange pickup. Dynello will consider the order delivered when it reaches nearest Parcel Shop. Dynello is not obliged to make a second delivery attempt.
Dynello ApS reserves the right to exclude persons from purchasing through Dynello's online shop.
Dynello ApS is not obliged to deliver goods that are sold out of stock.
4. Taxes, VAT and duties
When applicable, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any relevant fees, taxes, and/or duties in the country of import. Dynello ApS is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by outstanding import taxes.
If you are a business customers, you can buy VAT free if you can provide a valid VAT number that can be verified in the VIES database. Any attempt of fraud using a fake or invalid VAT number will be reported to the authorities.
VAT cannot be deducted and refunded after an order is made and delivered.
Shipments are sent without insurance and Dynello ApS cannot be held accountable for any lost packages.
5. Return and exchange policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase.
The right of cancellation applies for 100 days and the period is calculated from the day you received the goods.
If the last day to use the right of withdrawal is on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, constitution day, December 24 or December 31, the deadline expires on the following working day.
The cancellation deadline is met if you send an email notice that you wish to cancel your purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org before the withdrawal period has expired.
The product must be returned to Dynello ApS no later than 14 days from the date you have informed us that you wish to use the right of cancellation.
The product must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.
We do not accept returned items if they:
- Do not include orginal packaging.
- Do not include all orginal items.
- Original packaging has been severely damaged.
- Products have been used and have visible scratches, wear and tear.

5.1 Return costs
The purchaser is responsible for the cost/carriage of the items to be returned. This means that any costs associated with return of items accrues to the purchaser.
This also includes any return label made by Dynello, which will be invoiced to hte purchaser.
All goods are sold with warranty according to your statutory rights, which apply for the original purchaser only. Any claims on warranty require proof of purchase. Please read Warranty Information Extended below for more information.
6.1 Faulty goods
Dynello ApS grants a warranty period of 24 months for all goods under the Directive on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees (1999/44/EC).
The warranty means that you can complain about construction defects and deficiencies of the goods within 24 months from the receipt of the goods.
Therefore, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear or if a product has been used inappropriately. If you wish to complain about a product, please contact us immediately after you have discovered the error by sending pictures and description to firstname.lastname@example.org
We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that we really have fallen short of your expectations, please mail us at email@example.com and we will listen to what you have to say and respond within 14 days.
6.2 Extended warranty
Dynello ApS is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding warranty. This statement is in addition to and in no way prejudices your statutory rights.

7. Dispute resolution
Any dispute and any agreement and purchases made in relation to Dynello ApS are subject to Danish law and shall be resolved by the Danish courts unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.
6.2 Extended Warranty Information
Dynello is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding warranty. This statement is in addition to and in no way prejudices your statutory rights.
This extended warranty service of 6 months only applies for customers that have made a purchase at www.dynello.com, www.dynello.se and www.dynello.dk
The warranty is valid within the territories of the Member States of the European Union and the European Free Trade Area.
If you experience any problems with a Dynello product, the information below will help you with getting it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. If your Dynello product becomes defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or lack of conformity, within 24 + 6 extra months from the date of purchase, Dynello guarantees to replace defective parts, repair products subjected to fair wear and tear or replace such tool to ensure minimum inconvenience to the customer unless:
1. The tool or equipment has been subjected to misuse or neglect;
6.2.1 OTHER LIMITATIONS IN THE WARRANTY
Normal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse or taking apart of the product are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, or the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time.
Dynello will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.
Shipping charges to Dynello for a defective product are not covered.
6.2.2 HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To claim on the warranty, you will need to submit proof of purchase to the seller or an authorised repair agent. You can find a list of authorised repair agents below.
6.2.3. AUTHORISED REPAIR AGENTS

6.2.4 LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY
Limited Warranty. Dynello, ApS. (“Dynello”), to the original owner (“Owner”), under intended use and maintenance, warrants the enclosed product (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship within 24 + 6 extra months from the date of purchase. No warranty against defects in materials and workmanship will apply if Product is (i) altered in any way, (ii) used for purposes inconsistent with Product’s intended purpose or design, or (iii) improperly maintained. Warranty will furthermore be voided where Owner/user (i) failed to follow Product instructions or warnings or (ii) subjected Product to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
During the warranty period, original Product parts determined by Dynello to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced as Owner’s sole remedy. Dynello reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function. A returned product deemed irreparable becomes the property of Dynello and will not be returned.
EXCLUDING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, DYNELLO, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, DUTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION.
To obtain service under this warranty, the warranty-eligible Product must be presented to a Dynello authorized dealer or repair agent.
Owner/Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with returning Product to Dynello for service. Where at its sole discretion Dynello deems Product eligible for warranty repair or replacement, Dynello will pay the shipping and handling associated with returning repaired or replaced Product to Owner. In instances where Dynello deems a returned product ineligible for warranty service, Dynello will, if possible, repair product for a reasonable charge that includes return shipping and handling.
Limitation of Remedies
Should a court of competent jurisdiction find the limited warranty set forth above breached, Dynello’s only obligation will be to, at its option, either repair or replace Product. Should the aforementioned remedy fail of its essential purpose, Dynello will, in exchange for return of Product, refund to Owner Product’s original purchase price.
Limitation of Liability
Dynello’s, its affiliates’ and their suppliers’ maximum liability is limited to incidental damages not to exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
This limited warranty gives Owner specific legal rights; Owner may have additional rights, which may vary state to state.
Always completely follow safety, use, operation, and maintenance instructions for this or any other Dynello product.
European Union customer statutory rights are not affected.
